Account Responsibility & Usage

Shared Account Rules

Shared plans are designed for cost-effective access. When using a shared account:

• • Do not change account passwords, emails, or security settings
• • Do not delete other users' data, history, or saved content
• • Do not use the account for activities that could trigger vendor security alerts
• • Understand that shared access may have usage limits or queue times
• • Accept that shared accounts may be rotated or replaced periodically

Personal Account Rules

Personal Account plans give you private access. When using a personal account:

• • You are the sole authorized user of the account
• • You may update the password after receiving initial access
• • You are responsible for account security from the point of handover
• • You must still comply with the vendor's terms of service
• • Contact AI Premium Shop if you lose access or need password recovery

Violations & Account Actions

If a vendor detects policy violations (unusual login locations, excessive usage, policy breaches, or security flags), they may suspend or terminate the account. AI Premium Shop will assist with replacement per our Refund Policy, but we cannot override vendor security decisions.

AI Premium Shop reserves the right to refuse service to users who repeatedly violate account usage rules or vendor terms.
