1. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your ordered subscription. If we fail to deliver your service within 2 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
Delivery times vary by plan type:
- Shared Plans: 5–15 minutes after payment
- Personal Accounts: 2–4 hours (requires individual setup)
- Business/Bundle Plans: up to 24 hours for complex setups
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If we cannot deliver within 2 hours of confirmed payment.
- Partial Refund (50%): If you change your mind within 6 hours and credentials have not been used or activated.
- No Refund: After 24 hours from delivery, or once credentials have been actively used, logged into, or modified.
- Failed Service: If a shared slot stops working, we provide a replacement under warranty (Section 3). Refunds are not provided for usage-related issues or vendor-side service interruptions beyond our control.
3. Monthly Warranty (Shared Plans)
All shared subscription slots include a Full Monthly Warranty. Within 30 days of delivery, if your shared slot stops working for reasons unrelated to your usage, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Warranty coverage:
- Account access failure (not caused by your actions)
- Credential change or lockout by the primary account holder
- Service degradation that prevents normal use
Warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by your usage violating the vendor's terms of service
- Vendor-side global service outages affecting all users
- Feature removals or changes by the vendor
- Personal Accounts (they are under your control)
4. How to Request Refund or Replacement

- Replacement is provided immediately. Refunds are processed within 24 hours to your original payment method
5. Payment & Processing
We accept payments via bKash (send money), Nagad (send money), Rocket, and local bank cards. We never store your payment credentials. Payment screenshots are usedonly for order verification and are not shared with third parties.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Final price is confirmed on WhatsAppbefore payment. There are no hidden fees or auto-renewal charges.
